We’ve reserved the large Willow Oak picnic shelter with ample seating and parking close by.
BBQ, sides, drinks and more – fully catered with all the fixin’s by the Mills River Brewery Food Truck.

• Baked Beans
• Creamy Slaw
• Mac n Cheese
• Salad
• BBQ Sauces
• Ranch and Vinaigrette
• Tea, Sweet Tea, Lemonade

Reservations/headcount must be provided to the caterer on July 14th.
Due to this hard deadline, showing up on-the-day and expecting to pay and be fed is not going to work. Sorry, this event is for fully paid-up members only (members in good-standing).

The Mills River Brewing Food Truck is catering our picnic at the cost of $20 per person.
• The membership and the BCCWNC Board approved our club covering 50% of that cost.
• Therefore the member cost is $10 for 1 member or $20 for 2 members.
• We’re restricting this event to a maximum of 2 member persons per household.
