North Carolina - Safety inspection exemption
This is a copy of a memo dated 11/12/2004 from the North Carolina,
Department of Transportation, Division of Motor Vehicles explaining
Bill 1083. This bill allows for the exemption of a safety inspection
on cars registered in North Carolina that are at least 35 years old.
