For Sale 1974 MGB-GT

I have a 1974 MGB-GT that needs to be restored. I bought it from a friend of mine years ago because he needed some money. I haven't had the time or money to restore it. The engine is out and has some new parts installed. The pistons are in and I have all the parts. I want to get rid of it and don't want to take it to the scrap yard. If I can get $750.00 for it I would be happy. If you know anyone interested please have them give me a call at 828-279-2209 or 828-667-0673 Thanks, Chester White. [Posted June 29, 2011]

I paid $3,000 for this car and have spent about $13,500 to date. I expect it will cost about $3-4,000 to complete, at which point it should be worth close to $20,000 It comes with a Heritage Trust certificate, the original workshop manual and the mechanical service parts list, which is extremely useful and contains excellent exploded illustrations. Documentation includes progress photographs and all bills.

The hard work has been done and little remains to produce a great example of this rare car. This is an opportunity for someone to get a great car at below cost. I would love to keep it but my doctor and bank manager say it must go. My loss is your bargain. First sensible offer over $7,000 gets it .

The car is in Saluda NC. To view please call Roger Noyes at 843 224 3058
